- Team Supervision: Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs on your unit, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to resident emergencies, providing stabilization and initiating clinical protocols.
- Licensure: Must hold a Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin in good standing.
- Experience: Prior experience in skilled nursing (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or sub-acute settings is a significant plus.
- Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demeanor: A compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach to resident-centered care.
