Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Prepare and administer medications and treatments with precision, strictly following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Advanced Documentation: Maintain meticulous daily electronic records of resident care, assessments, and clinical interventions to ensure 5-star compliance.
• Order Management: Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate directly with the pharmacy to ensure seamless medication delivery.
• Resident Advocacy: Monitor physical and emotional changes in residents, acting as a vital link between the resident, the family, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Unit Leadership: Mentor and supervise CNAs to ensure all care is delivered with the highest standards of dignity and quality.
• Collaborative Support: Perform all other clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to support our mission of excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Clinical Skill: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment while maintaining a compassionate bedside manner.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with our 5-star nursing team.
