Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will prepare and administer medications and perform specialized treatments as ordered, adhering strictly to the Wisconsin scope of practice.
• Proactive Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive physical and emotional assessments, identifying subtle status changes and collaborating with the RN or DON to ensure proactive intervention.
• Meticulous Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards.
• Physician Order Management: Accurately transcribe orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate seamlessly with pharmacy partners for timely prescription fulfillment.
• Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor our dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring that all personal care is delivered with the highest level of dignity and clinical quality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a current, unrestricted LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Critical Thinking: Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to remain effective and composed in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with electronic charting systems and strong organizational skills for managing complex care tasks.
