Complete Care at Manitowoc, a 150-bed skilled nursing facility with a proud tradition of compassionate care, is seeking a strong and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. With a 3-star overall rating, our facility is focused on continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive operational and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure proper staffing levels, employee engagement, and ongoing staff education.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote satisfaction and trust.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or subacute rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
