Key Responsibilities

As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant on our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Direct Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and specific care needs.
• Clinical Monitoring: Actively observe residents, reporting any changes in physical or mental condition to the charge nurse.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely resident records within our EHR systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
  
  

Qualifications

To qualify for the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant position, candidates must meet the following:

• Certification: Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome newly certified candidates!
• Core Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
