Key Responsibilities of a CNA:
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
- Maintain immaculate and safe living environments for all residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Complete all required reports and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
- Perform all duties meticulously in full accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the nursing and leadership team, executing other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure/Certification: Must possess an Active and Current WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compliance: Must meet all state requirements for licensure/certification/registration and successfully comply with state health care worker background check requirements.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative part of a multidisciplinary team. Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
- Experience: Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated, qualified new CNAs!
