As our Business Office Manager, you will ensure the financial health and smooth operation of our facility:
- Financial Record Keeping: Manage cash receipts, maintain resident trust accounts (balanced monthly), and secure financial data within resident files.
- Billing & Collections: Coordinate with corporate billers for timely invoicing and partner with the Administrator to manage accounts receivable and collections.
- Resident & Family Support: Assist residents and families with bill explanations and guide them directly through the Medicaid qualification process.
- Compliance & System Management: Maintain accounts receivable systems and ensure strict adherence to reimbursement regulations.
- Confidentiality: Uphold absolute privacy regarding all sensitive resident and financial information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Business Office Management experience, preferably within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, patient accounts, and reimbursement systems.
