Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Salary: $43,000–$52,000 per year
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
- Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred
- Create and maintain accurate staff schedules
- Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures
- Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives
- Assist with annual performance review processes as needed
- Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads
- Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- NJ CNA certification is a plus
