RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitor and document residents’ health status, including any significant changes
- Ensure care delivery follows all local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
- Flexible shifts available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem
