Recreation Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
• Computer knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator
  
  

Recreation Aide Schedules & Benefits:

• Schedule: Weekday flexible hours and Fridays & Every other weekend 1:30-7:30p!
