Activity Director Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, including weekends as needed
- Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO)

- Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion
- Must possess one of the following credentials: MEPAP 1-completed, ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, as a supervisor, preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary team
- Developing care plans, monitoring systems, and all documentation requirements
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance programs, State survey processes, Residents’ Rights
- Supervising the Activity Department personnel
- Creating, planning, implementing monthly calendars and newsletters
- Follow budgetary guidelines for the department
- Assist with creating, planning, and implementing Facility Event Calendar for staff
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Creating person-centered large and small group programs, hospitality, and special sensory activities
