Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead housekeeping staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control practices
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement
- Respond promptly to resident and staff housekeeping requests or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and support overall operations
- Maintain records and reports related to housekeeping activities
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling resident information
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Schedule: Day shift, weekend rotation and on call holidays
