- Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and facility materials
- Order, receive, stock, and distribute supplies throughout the facility
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock
- Track supply usage and recommend inventory adjustments
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
- Work closely with nursing leadership and department managers to meet supply needs
- Ensure supplies and equipment meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Organize, file, scan, and retrieve resident documentation
- Assist with medical record audits for accuracy and completeness
- Support admission, discharge, and record retention processes
- Protect resident confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Previous experience in Central Supply, Medical Records, Inventory Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare role preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, residents, and families
- Knowledge of healthcare inventory systems and medical supplies is a plus
