Activity Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Must be energetic, creative, enthusiastic, empathetic and a team player
• Computer Knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
