LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and residents’ care plans
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes in health status
- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Flexible scheduling: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem shifts available
