Transport Driver
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with safe transfer of residents.
- Driving residents to external healthcare appointments, etc.
- Communicating and coordinating with facility nursing staff to ensure residents are prepared, dressed, and have necessary medical records for appointments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
- GNA/CNA1 certification required.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
