Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to support multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Central New Jersey. This role partners closely with facility and regional leadership to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance across the region.
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel and a consistent on-site presence within facilities across Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Somerset, and Mercer Counties.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR leadership and support across multiple facilities
Partner with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and regional leadership on employee relations and performance management
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies
Support recruitment and retention initiatives across the region
Analyze workforce trends and collaborate with leadership to address operational needs
Provide guidance in labor relations and union environments, where applicable
Maintain a visible and engaged presence within assigned facilities
Qualifications
Required: Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care
Preferred: Experience supporting multiple locations or working in a regional HR capacity
Demonstrated strength in employee relations
Ability to manage priorities across a multi-site environment
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Central New Jersey
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
