Complete Care is seeking a strong, experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services – Wisconsin Region to provide clinical oversight and leadership across 6 skilled nursing facilities. This is a high-impact regional role working in close partnership with the Vice President of Clinical Services to drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and consistent standards of care across the region.
Position Overview
The Regional Director of Clinical Services – Wisconsin Region will be responsible for guiding clinical operations, supporting facility leadership teams, and ensuring each building maintains high standards in patient care, survey readiness, and clinical performance. This leader will serve as a key resource to Directors of Nursing and facility clinical teams while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and support to 6 skilled nursing facilities in the Wisconsin region
Partner with the VP of Clinical Services to implement system-wide clinical initiatives and best practices
Monitor and improve quality measures, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance
Conduct routine facility visits to assess clinical operations and provide hands-on support
Support Directors of Nursing with coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement
Assist facilities with survey preparation and manage post-survey action plans as needed
Standardize clinical policies, procedures, and documentation practices across the region
Lead clinical education efforts and support staff development initiatives
Review clinical indicators, trends, and audit results to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care delivery
Qualifications
Current RN license in good standing (Wisconsin or compact state required)
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Prior experience as a Director of Nursing strongly preferred
Multi-site or regional clinical leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality metrics
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Wisconsin region
