Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and operational oversight for a skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
- Drive high-quality clinical outcomes, strong resident satisfaction, and excellent survey performance.
- Mentor, support, and guide department heads and staff to uphold Complete Care's standards.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, financial performance, and census management.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, providers, and community partners.
- Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture that promotes retention and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LNHA license required.
- 3 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Strong understanding of CMS and DOH regulations.
- Proven track record in operations, census development, financial management, and survey readiness.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality outcomes.
