Shift: Part-Time 2nd Shift Every Other Weekend

Rate: $34-$37/ hr. (rates will vary based on experience and licensure)

New LPN $34, Experienced LPN $35.50, Per diem $37

LPN Floor Nurse Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Valid/ Active LPN license in NJ.

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care.

• Knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and resident care standards.

• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

  LPN Floor Nurse Position Summary:

Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed and in accordance with nursing standards.

• Monitor and assess residents’ health status, documenting changes and communicating concerns to the charge nurse or physician.

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.

• Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
