Activities Aide Responsibilities:
Plan and lead fun and engaging activities for our residents
Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Assist with recreational programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and our dedicated team
Activities Aide Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Prior experience as an Activities Aide in a Nursing/ LTC facility
Recreation experience
customer service, teamwork, collaboration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and a love for planning activities
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
