Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager – Join the Complete Care Family

As an LPN Unit Manager, you’ll lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll ensure residents receive the dignity, attention, and clinical support they deserve.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise nursing staff on your unit
Oversee medications, treatments, and documentation
Conduct rounds to assess resident and team performance
Collaborate with physicians and care teams on care plans
Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
What You Bring:
Active LPN license (state-specific or eligible for endorsement)
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
Long-term care, inpatient, or sub-acute experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
