Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager – Join the Complete Care Family

As an LPN Unit Manager, you’ll lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll ensure residents receive the dignity, attention, and clinical support they deserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on your unit
• Oversee medications, treatments, and documentation
• Conduct rounds to assess resident and team performance
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams on care plans
• Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
  
  

What You Bring:

• Active LPN license (state-specific or eligible for endorsement)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Long-term care, inpatient, or sub-acute experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
