In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion that is provided to our residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Green Knoll wants to hear from you!Admissions Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related fieldPrior admissions experience in long term carePossess a passion for marketing and building censusRecords information concerning inquiries, admissions and discharges and assists with daily census reportsCoordinates the inquiry process, facilitating admission assessment and the admission process including all required paperworkAppropriately notifies facility representatives of admission updatesKeep a monthly record of census, matching numbers with the Business Office to ensure accuracy at the end of each monthProvide information on referral leads, admissions, and discharges on a weekly basis or as requestedCommunicates effectively with the Social Security Department, Nursing and Business Office regarding bed availabilityEvaluates referrals to determine admission candidacy, including visiting referrals at home or involved with community agency as appropriateMaintain close contact with all referral sourcesNotify hospitals of bed availability regularlyPositive, energetic, and creative individualAbility to work independently or part of a groupComputer knowledgeAdmissions Director Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full-time, day shift.
