Job Summary: Registered Nurse

Responsibilities: Registered Nurse
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the healthcare team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
