In this role, you'll work directly with patients to answer questions about their healthcare accounts, explain payment options, and help resolve account concerns with compassion and professionalism.
This position is ideal for individuals with customer service, call center, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail leadership, or collections experience who enjoy helping others and making a positive impact.
What you will do
- Answer incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding healthcare accounts
- Assist patients with payment arrangements and account resolution
- Research and resolve account questions and concerns
- Update patient information and account documentation
- Provide a positive, professional experience on every interaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Personal Work Relationships
The incumbent must deal with a variety of staff levels, conditions and circumstances. Routine contacts are to be expected from incoming calls, patients, management, and associates, internal and affiliate company associates. Occasionally contacts can be expected from external people (vendors, customers, professional community, government agencies, and etc.) dealing with activities of limited complexity.
Salary : $16 - $18
