Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning services such as scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
• Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Communicate with team leads and supervisors to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Represent the Compleat Clean brand with professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• No previous experience required we’ll train the right candidates!
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills a plus
