After initial training, this role will follow a hybrid schedule, with the ideal candidate working 3 days per week in the Belmont office.

This role operates primarily in an outpatient clinic setting. Occasional travel between clinics may be required. Position requires standard mobility, communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain BCBA scheduling rosters and caseload assignments
- Assign new clients based on capacity, licensure, credentials, and payer requirements
- Monitor caseload balance and adjust assignments as census or staffing changes
- Coordinate coverage for PTO, leave, and vacancies
- Ensure continuity of supervision and required service hours
- Track supervision compliance with BACB, regulatory, and payer standards
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and support audit readiness
- Partner with Clinic Directors and Regional Leaders on workforce planning
- Provide reporting on utilization, capacity, and caseload distribution
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling and data management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
