- Base salary of $60,000 annually
- Quarterly Performance-based incentive plan that rewards strong leadership, operational excellence, and clinic success-offering total earning potential up to $100,000 based on eligibility and achievement of defined performance metrics

- Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
- Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred)
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Ability to pass a background check
