- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
- Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
- Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
- Ability to pass a background check
