Compleat KiDZ is a leading pediatric therapy provider offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to support our ABA clinics by partnering with our clinical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families. This role extends beyond evaluations and includes ongoing collaboration, consultation, and clinical support.

What You'll Do
- Conduct psychological evaluations for children ages 2-10 with developmental and behavioral concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Provide diagnostic clarification and recommendations to support ABA treatment.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical teams to develop individualized treatment recommendations.
- Provide parent education and consultation to support positive treatment outcomes.
- Partner with physicians, schools, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, Educational, or School Psychology.
- Active North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) (or license eligibility).
- Experience evaluating children with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
- Experience working alongside Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) teams is a plus.
