- 25 billable hours per week minimum
- In home clients are the priority and must be seen face to face
- Remote clients (within the same region) may supplement to meet billables

- Provide high quality ABA services in clients' homes
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs/BTs, including required in home supervision
- Build strong, consistent relationships with families and care teams
- Maintain timely, learner centered documentation ________________________________________
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Experience with in home ABA preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a family centered mindset
- Reliable transportation for local travel
