Position Overview
Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect data and complete session documentation
- Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
- Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
- Travel between clinics and client homes as required
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or GED required
- Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
