What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is all about keeping things accurate, compliant, and efficient. You’ll make sure legal documents are spot-on, provide backup for your team when needed, and help us deliver top-notch service every time. You’ll be a key player in quality control and production support, working closely with leadership and case assistants to ensure every case moves forward without a hitch.
Here’s What Your Day Might Look Like:
Double-Check, Triple-Check – You’ll run quality control checks on records and legal docs to make sure everything’s correct and compliant.
Legal Eagle – You’ll review legal responses to ensure they’re complete and accurate, and you’ll handle any necessary payment requests.
Work Order Wizard – Whether it’s pushing completed orders into production or resolving issues along the way, you’ll keep things moving.
Team Player – You’ll join regular meetings with the VP of Operations to stay aligned and share insights that help the whole team thrive.
Case Assistant’s Right Hand – From fielding custodian calls to invoicing and organizing final deliverables, you’ll pitch in wherever needed to support the team.

What You Bring to the Table:
A high school diploma (some college preferred)
Incredible attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
Strong communication skills and solid grammar (you’re the kind of person who actually notices typos)
