Full-time Receptionist Needed!Competition BMW of Smithtown seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers coming into the dealership with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs.
- Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Operate switchboard telephone system.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold.

Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
