Not an assistant role. You run operations.
We are a nurse-owned in-home caregiving agency seeking a highly organized, accountable professional to take ownership of our core operations:
- Scheduling
- Payroll prep
- Billing coordination
- Team communication
This role exists to create structure, prevent problems, and keep the agency running smoothly—without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage weekly caregiver schedules
- Handle call-offs and ensure full coverage
- Step in to cover caregiving shifts when needed if coverage cannot be secured
- Prepare accurate payroll and coordinate billing
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Communicate with caregivers and clients
- Keep all documentation organized and audit-ready

- Able to manage multiple workflows at once

- Willingness to step in and support care delivery when necessary
- Experience in scheduling, payroll, or operations preferred

- Coverage gaps are resolved quickly—even in urgent situations
- Payroll is accurate and submitted without issues
- Calls/messages handled promptly
- Nothing falls through the cracks
