Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Support clients with mobility and balance issues, including transferring, walking, and using adaptive equipment
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to our management team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including their homes and our vehicles
- Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers to provide holistic care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements:
- 0 years of experience or equivalent education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients and caregivers
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Schedule:
