- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Support clients with daily routines and habits, including managing incontinence and other daily needs
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
- Develop and implement personal care plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- 0 years of experience as a Caregiver or in a related healthcare field
- Passion for providing compassionate care to others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
