About the Position

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians available to work evening hours (4 PM – 7 PM) providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, school, and community settings.
The Behavior Technician will:
- Deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect accurate data and assist with program implementation.
- Support social, communication, and behavioral skill development.
- Participate in parent training and collaborate with clinical staff.
- Maintain professionalism, consistency, and compassion in every session.
Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed 20-hour salary per week for meeting client and scheduling needs.
- Sign-On Bonus offered to qualified candidates.
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Additional hours may be available based on client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and empathy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and apply new strategies.
- Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards (HIPAA, BACB).
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
Education Requirements
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or related field
Training & Certifications
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check required
- Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) support and credentialing provided
- Ongoing professional and clinical development
