The Role
We’re seeking a Product Design Supervisor to lead and mentor our design team while shaping the future of QSP’s software. This role blends leadership, creativity, and hands-on design. You’ll guide product vision, champion user-centered practices, and collaborate with engineering and product leaders to ensure QSP delivers intuitive, impactful, and accessible experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor design team members, fostering creativity and consistency
- Serve as lead designer and researcher—developing wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Establish and enforce design principles, accessibility standards, and brand alignment
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver usable, beautiful products
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product usability
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in design or related field
- 3 years of design experience (preferably SaaS)
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills and polished deliverables
- 1 year of Compass/QSP experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
