What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and communities.
You might help with meal prep, errands, appointments, or community activities—whatever helps someone live more fully and independently.

Pay ranges reflect premium hours (8 a.m.–12 a.m.). Overnight hours (12 a.m.–8 a.m.) are paid at minimum wage.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Enjoy helping others and building relationships
- Can pass a background check (we cover costs)
- Are eager to learn—no prior experience required
- Have or are willing to complete CPR and First Aid before hire (we pay for training)

- High school or equivalent (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's & 3 years of driving history with the DMV? (Required)
