Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Specialist – Empower Families, Support Dreams
Make a meaningful impact in your community by supporting adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Compass is hiring a CFS Specialist who brings compassion, strong communication skills, and experience supporting people with disabilities or behavioral needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide guidance and support to clients and families with life skills, scheduling, and advocacy
- Help create personalized support plans based on each individual’s goals, culture, and preferences
- Connect families with community resources and services
- Offer one-on-one and small group learning opportunities
- Support families in building confidence while caring for their loved one

What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in human services, caregiving, behavioral support, or social services
- Valid California driver’s license (3 years), reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (paid by Compass)
- CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire (we’ll help you obtain it)
