Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

Schedule & Pay:
Day and evening shifts (8AM–12AM). Overnight shifts (12AM–8AM) paid at standard rate. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license (3 years), reliable vehicle/insurance, background check/drug test (paid by Compass), CPR/First Aid before hire (paid by Compass).
Preferred: Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs.
