Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and behavior patterns
- Manage classroom routines including meal times, naps, playtime, and learning activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment

Skills
