What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Palliative & Pain Management NP/PA position at Compass Palliative Care?
Compass Palliative Care is seeking an outstanding Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience and/or interest in palliative care and pain management to provide mobile services to patients in the Athens, Georgia area.
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling based on patient needs and provider availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assess and evaluate patients
Provide palliative and pain management care
Develop and manage treatment plans
Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
Provide patient and family education
Document findings, treatment, and follow-up care
Requirements:
Active Georgia NP or PA license
Active DEA registration
Palliative care, pain management, hospice, or related experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Pay: $60.00 per hour
