What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Site Supervisor position at Compass of Hope, LLC?
Compass of Hope is seeking a strong, independent and highly skilled, ethical licensed clinician to join our team leaders and help our emerging clinicians grow and develop to be the best providers they can. As a licensed therapist, you will provide supervision to up to 10 pre-licensed/intern therapists and support to pre-licensed and intern staff while also managing your own caseload of 15 weekly client sessions to stay current. Caseload expectations are based on how many supervisees a clinical supervisor has to promote balance and reduce burnout. As a clinicial superivsor will be one of the direct site supervisors of the office, ensuring administrative and clinical excellence at your assigned office and a point of contact for support to clinical staff.
