Site & Clinical Supervisor (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT)

The Site Clinical & Administrative Supervisor provides on-site leadership and oversight for both clinical and administrative operations at Compass of Hope. This role ensures high-quality client care, effective team collaboration, and smooth daily operations within the office. Responsibilities include supervising clinical and administrative staff, supporting workflow efficiency, maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and fostering a professional, mission-driven environment. The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between leadership and site staff, promoting accountability, communication, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees clinical and administrative operations within the office

• Ensures adherence to ethical standards, documentation quality, and regulatory requirements

• Provides clinical consultation and guidance to clinicians as appropriate

• Escalates high-risk or complex clinical situations to the Director of Clinical & Administrative Operations and/or Executive Director 

• Provides clinical supervision to interns and pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with licensure requirements 

• Reviews and signs clinical documentation for supervised interns and pre-licensed staff

• Supports onboarding, orientation, and integration of new staff at the site level

• Ensures staff compliance with Compass of Hope policies, procedures, and expectations

• Acts as the primary leadership presence within the office

• Supports agency-wide operational initiatives and projects as requested

• Meets with Lead Therapists and/or designated team leads for up to one (1) hour weekly to discuss site-level concerns, needs, and workflow issues

• Meets with Executive and Clinical Director weekly to ensure support and discuss strengths and needs 

• Maintains clear and consistent communication with executive leadership regarding site performance, staffing needs, and emerging concerns

• Maintains a reduced clinical caseload of a minimum of 10 clients per week, unless otherwise approved in writing
