Family Nurse Practitioner

At Compass of Hope, we reject the model of rushed 5–15 minute medication check-ins. We believe meaningful, high-quality psychiatric care requires time, attention, and a genuine commitment to understanding each patient.

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PMHNP) who is organized, dedicated, and professional—someone who prioritizes thoughtful, comprehensive care over quick prescribing. Our ideal candidate takes the time to assess the full picture, ensuring that underlying medical conditions are not contributing to mental health symptoms, and values collaboration as a cornerstone of effective treatment. This position can be located at any three of our locations: Concord, Hooksett or Hampton, NH.

You will be supported by a strong clinical team, including an LPN who manages all pending prescriptions and prior authorizations, as well as two Medical Assistants to assist with additional clinical needs. This structure is intentionally designed so you can focus primarily on patient care.

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Plus either Saturday or a Monday evening shift

Must be comfortable prescribing medication, including GLP-1 for both children and adults. Experience completing FMLA forms and ESA letters strongly preferred. Training will be provided for our Spravato/Ketamine clinic.

Preferred: 1 year of experience and the ability to work independently.

Compass of Hope is seeking a Family or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in either Hampton, Hooksett or Concord, NH. This role includes providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, assisting with our Spravato/intranasal ketamine clinic up to four days per week, and offering overall psychiatric support to our clients including GLP-1 management, ESA letters and FMLA requests.
