Qualifications
Assist with Coordinating Dental Events to include but not be limited to packing dental materials and equipment.
Assist in ordering dental materials and managing inventory
Assist in scrubbing Soldier dental rosters to schedule treatment
Assist in recruiting for events
Manage travel arrangements for staff; flights, car rentals, hotel, etc.
Coordinate meals for scheduled events
Coordinate with CEO for administrative needs
Answers phone and emails
Assist with HR to coordinate administrative needs
Tasks may vary depending on the needs of the company
Must be able to travel
Must be able to pass a Federal Security Clearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during exams and restorative treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and organized.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) following all safety and compliance protocols.
- Record patient information and treatment details accurately in electronic records.
- Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-procedure education to patients.
- Support setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile or temporary dental clinics at National Guard facilities.
- Maintain supply inventory and assist with logistical coordination during events.
- Ability to travel by air or ground transportation to locations as scheduled for dental readiness events.
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program (CDA preferred, as applicable).
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- State radiology certification (as applicable).
- Minimum 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience (military, public health, or mobile clinic experience a plus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per day).
- Frequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterity required for assisting during procedures.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move dental equipment or supply boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination necessary for performing dental assisting tasks safely and accurately.
