Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Recruiting Manager based in Draper, UT. The National Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, leading efforts to identify top talent, and managing full-cycle recruitment processes. This role includes building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing metrics, and refining recruitment practices to align with company goals. The individual will also spearhead initiatives to maintain a positive recruitment experience. This is not an HR related position.
Responsibilities
- Create multiple state plan/outreach based on target markets
- Manage team of off-shore dialers
- Conduct weekly meetings and trainings
- Track KPIs
- Listen to calls and provide feedback
- Calculate pay and incentives for team
- Meet with agents and agency owners with a goal of them moving their business to Compass
- Create value based presentations for meetings
- Conduct weekly follow up to prospects
- Attend industry events, meet agents and agency owners
- Coordinate with marketing team on email and text campaigns, social media outreach
- Source accurate recruiting data from each state
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment, talent acquisition, and team-building experience
- Proficiency in recruitment software, data-driven approaches, and metrics analysis
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
- Ability to work on-site in Draper, UT
- Hardworking, perseverant, and consistent work ethic
- Familiarity with general office suites (i.e. Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Good technology skill set – learning to use new platforms, browser navigation, data entry, folder management, etc.
- Great attention to detail
